Sehr freundlicher Vermieter5,0 Owner quick to respond,, polite and helpful ☺Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good size room. Found the room quiet. Good size windows. Good bathroom amenities. The owner was kind to hold our baggage before check in. He was also quick to respond and very helpful in solving some issues encountered. I would give the owner a 5 star rating as he quickly responded to calls and always helpful throughout our stay. . Wifi was good. ☹Bathroom dark, more lighting required around the mirror. Found it hard to apply my makeup as too dark. Surprisingly, no television. We were stuck in lift, emergency instructions in lift were not helpful but luckily owner responded to my call and told us how to restart the lift. Did not used lift again, preferred to walk the 3 level of stairs as lift dubious. Code provided for door access was not correct. We could not find a way to lock our door once we were in our room. No side tables next to beds which would have been useful as would a long length mirror.8,0 Loved the room, the equipped kitchen and location! Only detail was the separate mattresses. ☺Room is very pretty, perfect location and loved the full stacked kitchen! ☹The bed has two separate mattresses with quite a large gap in between. This is not so cosy if you are with your partner.10 ☺The room and flat was very comfortable. Good location, clean room. I would stay there again. ☺Well situated for me, around the corner from my son's apartment. Thank goodness for well insulated windows because this hotel is located on a busy street. Gentleman who manages the place could not have been more accommodating. ☹Quirky bathroom with diagonal step to reach the sink and another diagonal step to reach the tub. If you are not used to pull chain toilet flush, how to lock and open European style windows, or how to open a front door with no knobs, be sure to ask about it.
